WVSU and Kanawha Valley Community and Technical College students may seek assistance with selecting a career field/program of study. Assistance is provided in self-evaluation, exploration of occupational areas and development of personal and professional goals. Many career assessments such as the Self-Directed Search, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and the Career Occupational Preference System (COPS) are used in the self-evaluation process.
