WVSU and WVSCTC students may seek assistance with selecting a career field/program of study. Assistance is provided in self-evaluation, exploration of occupational areas and development of personal and professional goals. Many career assessments such as the Self-Directed Search, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and the Career Occupational Preference System (COPS) are used in the self-evaluation process. Also, a computerized assessment (SIGIPLUS) is available for use by appointment. All services are confidential. Call 766-3250 to schedule an appointment. |
