West Virginia State University is committed to not only providing access to quality education, but also providing the services and support necessary for student success. Attending college is quite an opportunity, one that requires persistence, sacrifice and support. WVSU understands that today's college students are juggling tremendous responsibilities; therefore, we have implemented a variety of academic and co-curricular services to help students reach their educational goals. Students are encouraged not to "go it alone," rather to utilize the faculty, staff and services available.
