ACADEMIC ADVISING Each West Virginia State degree program - certificate, associates, and baccalaureate - involves unique course requirements, which students sometimes find confusing. While we provide multiple sources of assistance for the journey, it is the student's responsibility to seek assistance with course selection and registration. Ideally, students register each term for the following semester. To register, a student must see his/her academic advisor to select courses and obtain a PIN # for use in the telephone registration system. A "live" update of available courses will be posted online during registration each term (click here for course listings).
